Christie Douglas

Christie is Randy's wife and the most recent addition to our firm. She joined us in January 2011. Christie specializes in personal tax returns and is also involved in our payroll service. In addition, she handles the bookkeeping for several of our small business clients. Christie graduated from Western Carolina University in 2006. She and Randy have three children, Peyton, Reed, and Delaney. Christie enjoys spending time with her children and is involved with their school and community events. She loves to read and has a passion for organization.

Vickie Moss

Vickie joined our team in 2003 and we consider her to be part of our family. She is the smiling face you will see when you enter our office and, most likely, the friendly voice you will hear when you give us a call. Vickie handles the majority of the sales tax processing for our small business clients. Also, during the tax season, she gathers information from clients and helps them during the check-in/check-out process. Vickie is the proud mother of two children, Wesley and Jessica. She enjoys visiting her children whenever she can.

Ada Douglas

Ada has been in the accounting profession for over 50 years. She is actively involved in her church, serving on various committees. She also serves on the executive council for the Sandy Creek Baptist Association and is a board member for the Reach Out Crisis Pregnancy Center.  Ada is a member of numerous professional organizations including the North Carolina Society of Accountants, the National Society of Accountants, and the Sanford Chapter of Accountants. Ada enjoys spending time with her family and vacationing at Holden Beach.

Candie Carlyle

Candie is Ada's youngest grandchild. She, like Randy, began working with us part-time during high school. After high school, she joined our team full-time and attended Central Carolina Community College where she received an Associates Degree in Accounting. Candie handles payroll processing and payroll taxes for the majority of our small business clients. She also takes care of printing and organizing tax documents for our tax clients. Candie married Zac Carlyle in 2010 and they have two daughters, Paisley and Harper. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and being outdoors.

Randall Douglas

Randall, better known as Randy, is Ada's oldest grandchild. He started helping out at our firm while in high school. Randy went on to study at Western Carolina University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He joined our team full-time after graduation in 2006. Randy is a member of several professional organizations including the National Society of Accountants and the North Carolina Society of Accountants. He is the father of three children and helps coach a number of youth sports teams in our community. Randy is a die-hard Carolina Tar Heels fan and loves to watch football, baseball, and basketball.
